PPCmetrics AG (hereinafter referred to as "PPCmetrics") offers registered users of MyPPCmetrics (my.ppcmetrics.ch) the possibility to carry out calculations, analyses and evaluations with data entered by them.

PPCmetrics creates, maintains and updates the necessary tools on MyPPCmetrics with the greatest possible care and diligence. Please note that the resulting data and results are based on data and information entered by the user, which remain the property of the user and for whose quality, relevance, accuracy, completeness and timeliness PPCmetrics is not liable.

On the other hand, all information and content published using the tools on MyPPCmetrics, in particular the calculation of the return and risk ratios as well as the related presentation methods, designs and the software used, are protected by copyright and are owned or copyrighted by PPCmetrics. PPCmetrics expressly reserves all rights in this regard. By using, downloading or copying the content obtained on MyPPCmetrics, no rights are transferred to the user with regard to the software or other elements.

The user of MyPPCmetrics expressly undertakes to use the information and results made accessible on MyPPCmetrics, such as calculations, analyses, representations or graphics, only for internal purposes and in no other way or to pass them on to third parties. In particular, the user shall refrain from copying, publishing or otherwise reproducing or linking this data in any form, namely on the internet.

Under no circumstances shall PPCmetrics be liable for any loss or damage, including direct and indirect damages, resulting from the access to MyPPCmetrics or the use of any information, tools, calculations or results provided on this website.

Secrecy of user ID and password

PPCmetrics keeps the user ID and passwords confidential. Users are obliged to keep their user ID and passwords and other identifiers secret. The disclosure of access data to third parties, even within the same company, is prohibited. PPCmetrics recommends not storing user ID, passwords and other identifiers in the browser. At the same time, all files stored in the cache must be deleted together with the history. The user is solely liable for the disclosure of the identifiers to third parties or for the discovery of the same by third parties, as well as, if applicable, for unauthorised use and any losses and damages associated therewith.

Recording and utilisation of your activities

The user acknowledges that PPCmetrics may record and analyse his/her activities on MyPPCmetrics for reasons of security, system monitoring and administration, and to improve its services.
